DreamHack Open dates announced

DreamHack has officially announced the dates for the Open stops

DreamHack has announced the dates for the DreamHack Open tournaments featuring $100,000 up for grabs.

During the 2018 series, we saw one of the events in Austin, Texas, but the event location has been moved to Dallas. The Dallas location will be the first tournament during the months of May and June. 

Each tournament in the DreamHack Open circuit will feature eight teams, which will be based on invited teams and qualifiers.

 DreamHack Montreal, Canada – Sep 6 – Sep 8, 2019
 DreamHack Rotterdam, Netherlands – Oct 18 – Oct 20, 2019
 DreamHack Atlanta, Georgia, USA – Nov 15- Nov 17, 2019
 DreamHack Winter, Jönköping, Sweden, Nov 29 – Dec 1, 2019


“DreamHack Open entering its 8th year is an exciting step for DreamHack, few esport circuits have run that long,” said Michael Van Driel, Chief Product Officer at DreamHack AB, “Visiting new locations is always our goal, and with new stops in Brazil and The Netherlands we are sure this will be a year to remember.”

Where will DreamHack Open be broadcasted?

All of the DreamHack Open events will be broadcasted directly through DreamHack’s Twitch.tv channels and digital partners. Links will be provided as we get more information.
