“If I had not joined Fnatic, I would probably not be here today – for that I will always be grateful. But I have made the decision to move because I want to make the very most out of life and, right now, I see myself doing that elsewhere.”
It has been confirmed through FNATIC that Rasmus “Caps” Winther will be making his departure. This shocked many considering Fnatic came off a 2nd place finish at Worlds 2018. With the release of Caps, Fnatic is in the market to find someone that can fill his shoes.
Caps is one of the best mid laners in the worlds while only being at the age of 18. Through the past two years, he achieved both domestic and international success. Doing so even earned him the name “Baby Faker”. Caps plays the game with such a high level of confidence that he even pulled out mid Vayne during the EU LCS Summer Semifinals.

According to sources, Caps may be joining G2 as their starting midlaner while Perkz swaps to ADC. There is little proof to hold this sentiment, however, Perkz’s account says otherwise with an abundance of games on ADC.
International players are much more attainable now that franchising has been implemented into the LEC. As of now, there are no confirmations as to what happens next.
