Dauren “AdreN” Kystaubayev released from contract with Gambit.
Gambit has announced that it has released AdreN from his contract and that the 28-year old player is now a free agent. The organization thanked him for “his invaluable contribution.”
AdreN was a founding member of Gambit, which was HS.GG when they got signed by Gambit at the beginning of 2016. During the time at Gambit, the team won PGL Major Krakow 2017, in which AdreN was named the MVP. With in-game leader Dosia, and Andrey “B1ad3” Gorodenskiy as the coach, Gambit was able to secure top four at ESL One New York, as they beat their CIS rival Natus Vincere. The team has lacked results of late though, and need to change the CS:GO roster for future events. Out of all the events in 2018, the team only made it out of their group stage twice.
“I feel sad that I left the team during difficult times, but it was necessary for me and the team. I am glad that the organization respected and understood my decision. I would like to thank the players with whom I had played for the past three years. I want to wish luck and significant victories to the new squad.”
This is the first time that AdreN will have seperated from his long-time teammates mikhail “Dosia” Stolyarov and Rustem “mou” Telepov, as he competed under the Gambit organization for three years.
AdreN was the second player on the Gambit’s roster to be put on the transfer list. Joined by Abay “HObbit” Khassenov and Denis “seized” Kostin from the inactive rosters, the players are waiting for potential offers to other organizations.
Gambit’s Current roster:
