NRG SIGN TARIK

NRG acquire Tarik

NRG has announced that they have signed Tarik “tarik” Celik after disappointing IEM Katowice New Legends stage run.

Tarik recently parted ways with MIRB following their decision to acquire a full Brazillian roster.

While Tarif competed under the MIBR organization, he saw some good results, with second place at BLAST Pro Series Istanbul and the ESC Season 6 finals. Tarik was most notably crowned the Eleague Major champion with Cloud 9.

NRG had a disappointing performance during the CS:GO’s IEM Katowice Major, and are looking to fix the roster to ensure that the team competes at the highest level. NRG finished 16th place at the major with a shocking 0-3 record in the New Legends Stage. The lack of performance was due to overall player

In order to allow for growth with the NRG team, Jacob “FugLy” Medina, the longest standing member in the organization, will be stepping down.

This is great news for Tarik, as 2018 and the start of 2019 was far from what was expected. MIBR’s attempt to create an international roster produced very little results, and Tarik was benched on MIBR after the experiment failed to yield any type of results. Tarik has shown he’s a player with a ton of potential due to his results with Cloud 9.

Current NRG lineup:

Damian “daps” Steele

Tarik “tarik” Celik

Vincent “Brehze” Cayonte

Ethan “Ethan” Arnold

Tsvetelin “CeRq” Dimitrov

Chet “ImAPet” Singh (Coach)

Jacob “FugLy” Medina (Sub)
